how i can help you

I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Additionally I have a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Certification and am a graduate of the ADAPT Practitioner Training Program for Functional and Evolutionary Health.

I am not a medical doctor or a clinical nutritionist, or a Registered Dietician. I am a non-clinical nutritionist in the state of California.

I love teaching, helping, and empowering people. Here’s what I can do for you:

  • Help you develop actionable priorities and overall strategies for improving your health.

  • Discuss your experiences with you and suggest useful lab tests that are nutritional in nature.

  • I can order nutritional Functional Lab Tests for you via a team of MDs with whom I work.

  • If you are suffering from a chronic condition, I will offer you my presence and educational information with the intention of bringing you clarity and hope.

  • I can perform a nutritional study of lab tests results, food logs and blood, saliva and stool markers.

  • I will offer evidence-based insight on CGM data (continuous glucose monitors) with actionable steps to optimize metabolic health.

  • I provide analysis of sleep and fitness wearables data and I share insights to optimize lifestyles habits and living and sleeping environments.

You can use my considerations as educational information to present to your doctor and improve your health.

My scope of practice in more detail

I can obtain a set of laboratory test results from a California Certified Laboratory in the United States. Most of these labs have branches in Europe which facilitates assisting clients in Europe, Asia and Africa.

I can provide you with a nutritional interpretation of those test results. You can use the information that I provide as an educational tool. The information I provide is not intended to be a substitute for a personal consultation with your own qualified doctor.

A doctor will provide medical interpretation of laboratory tests. A doctor may use the same laboratory test results to diagnose and treat disease, but I do not do this.

I can’t:

  • Provide a medical interpretation of laboratory tests.

  • Diagnose any disease you may have.

  • Treat any disease you may have.

  • Recommend medications or supplements for chronic or acute health conditions.

I can:

  • Have a nutritional education discussion with you regarding the possible ways to look for diseases.

  • Provide nutritional education information about possible ways to mitigate a disease and address its root causes.

I don’t sell supplements or give any advice that earns me commissions. All information provided regarding supplements and products is intended for educational purposes.

I do present supplements considerations and dietary approaches for you to discuss with your doctor, and help you think through the most efficient options to meet your goals.

Consult your doctor

I am not qualified medical advisor and make no claims to be so. The information I provide should not be taken to be, and is not a substitute for, personal medical advice and instruction.

Consult your doctor:

  • for any medical interpretation of your test results;

  • on any matter relating to your health and well-being;

  • before making any changes to your exercise or diet;

  • before taking any nutritional, herbal, homeopathic or hormonal supplementation;

  • before beginning any therapy.

    Thanks,
